I'm relatively new to the University sector, having joined in 2020. My background includes running a wide range of corporate service departments and change programmes. Just prior to USW I had spent 15 years in the Police Service including time here in Wales at South Wales Police. My early career was in insurance and investment businesses including working around the UK and mainland Europe. I'm now proud to be a member of the USW family and very positive about all that we do.
