About Me
I have a surgical background - primarily in Ophthalmology. Having worked for a number of years as an Advanced Practitioner, I am committed to developing AHP-led services, and much of my teaching and research critically examines the ways in which such activity may effectively span the primary/secondary care interface. I have a parallel interest in professional education; specifically in relation to collaborative models of learning and teaching, and the use of technology to support and enhance the learner experience.
