I am the course leader for the Civil Engineering Masters degrees.  I am also the module leader for the Industrial Placement sandwich year.  I lecture primarily in the areas of Hydraulics and Hydrology as well as mathematics for engineers.  I also manage and deliver the pre-sessional maths course at USW.  Prior to joining the university, I worked for 10 years as a scientific project and programme manager as well as a research manager responsible for a team of project managers.  I also spent 5 years as a consultant for a training company placing and managing industrial sandwich years.
