With FE teaching experience and almost 5 years working within HE, I have been fortunate to work with many great colleagues across numerous institutions which have all led me to my current role as Graduate Support Manager at USW. I am lucky to have the opportunity to help and support our recent graduates who inspire me every day with their resilience and creativity making my job very rewarding. Seeing students and graduates reach their full potential is a privilege and makes all the hard work worthwhile.

 A little about my current role as Graduate Support Manager for Springboard +Plus, as part of USW Careers: The Springboard +Plus - Graduate Support Programme offers an enhanced package of support for recent graduates whose careers have been adversely impacted by COVID-19, thanks to funding support from Welsh Government. 

Graduates from 2019-2022 are eligible to apply for a range of different employability support and opportunities by registering for Springboard +Plus such as: 

• 1-2-1 Career coaching to help career planning to secure graduate level employment
• Access to masterclasses, webinars and resources to help support graduates on demand
• Advice on freelancing or becoming a graduate entrepreneur through our Launch Accelerator, in partnership with the Enterprise team
• Apply for a *paid placement of up to 12 weeks with an employer to gain valuable sector specific work experience
