I am a critic and poet. My current research interests lie in the relationship between myth and fiction, as well as in the theory and practice of interpretation. I have a long-standing interest, too, in writing that blends critical and creative modes. I have published books and essays on a wide variety of literary topics, from Shakespeare to Bob Dylan, and three collections of poetry.
