About Me

I joined USW in January 2015 as a full-time Research Fellow. Prior to that, I worked for Leicestershire Police since 2002, including roles as a Review Officer and Intelligence Analyst.  I have substantial knowledge of homicide investigations, cold case reviews, missing person enquiries, forensic science and digital data gained from both a practical policing role and ethnographic research. I was one of 30 researchers selected in 2022 to participate in the Welsh Crucible, a programme of personal, professional and leadership development for the future research leaders of Wales.
