About Me

Director of the Geographical Information Systems (GIS) Research Centre in USW and a co-Director of the Wales Institute of Social and Economic Research, Data and Methods (WISERD). A quantitative geographer by background, my over-arching research interests are in the application of GIS and other types of spatial technologies in social and environmental studies. Most recently my research has been in the areas of health geography, geography of sport and inequalities in access to public services using GIS-based accessibility models.
