About Me
Professor of Elite Performance Psychology.
HCPC Registered Sport and Exercise Psychologist.
Performance Psychology Lead for the Welsh Institute of Performance Science.
Current research interests include: Collective and self efficacy, Imagery and observation interventions, Psychological measurement in recovery and training, psychology of extreme sports, and biofeedback.
Have worked extensively with elite, Olympic, Paralympic and Commonwealth athletes for the last 20 years. This includes attendance at two Paralympic Games, and multiple World and European Championships.
